LOCATION AND LAY OUT

Torremolinos is situated on the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga, it is approx 10 km west of The city of Malaga and about 5 km from the airport. The area is easily accesible by road, the N340 motorway from Malaga to Estepona passes directly by the town, (exit is Torremolinos Palacio de Congreso) and the coastal railway which links the town to Malaga and Fuengirola,(The main train station is on Paseo de la Nogalera, just off Calle San Miguel) .The area nestles on the coast just beneath the mountain range know as Sierra de Mijas .Torremolinos has a temperate climate with a year average of 22 degrees , this can vary from as low as 5 degrees in the winter up to low 40s at the height of summer. Average sunny days 320 per year. The area has over 7 kilometers of safe sandy beaches which can be enjoyed most of the year.
